Welcome to Cleanique. We are a professional company and provide a high quality service. From daily, weekly and spring cleaning to end of tenancy and carpet cleaning; we can help! We offer cleaning services to domestic and commercial clients across St Albans & Watford including surrounding towns and villages.

We have tended to over 2000 properties in the Hertfordshire area with a portfolio of over 125 properties cleaned on a weekly basis. Our staff work for us directly, no agencies operating here!

Established in January 2011, we have grown from a small one-woman operation to a busy company with a team of passionate and experienced cleaners. We are always looking for ways to improve our services and our clients are our absolute number one priority.

Let's run through a few of the 'formal' points!

You'll find our contracts and terms and conditions across our website, however it's good to ensure a few of our main points are made as clear as possible.

There may be some cases where you'll be required to agree to our terms and conditions via email in response to an attached PDF file or a recorded telephone call before we can proceed with your service.

  • When booking our services for a one-off clean, please always remember our staff are human, just like you, with the exception of our pomeranian puppy mascots! Understanding of their ability to complete what is humanly possible in the time arranged is vital.
  • As painful as it is to talk about money, we must always ensure our costs are covered. Therefore, should we exceed the maximum hours booked or a property needs further work / is bigger than described, we'll have to ask very politely for a little more compensation.
  • If you have building work being carried out in your home, please do not book a cleaner whilst the builders are working at the same time. Due to serious health and safety implications, we cannot work on ongoing building sites.
  • We charge in advance or at start of service for our work unless agreed otherwise. This avoids any risk of non-payment and in turn creates a much more relaxed environment and organised process. As a registered company Cleanique are obligated to fulfill all agreed duties which means clients can relax knowing their payments are protected.

They did a fantastic job, the house was unrecognizable after they had finished and they all worked so hard for many hours.
